Today is fixed for compliance. Ld. Counsel for the complainant and the O.P. are present by filing hazira.

 Today the ld. Counsel for the complainant files a petition stating that during pendency of the instant case, it has been compromised with the O.P and as per Lok Adalat the O.P satisfied this complainant. So the complainant is not willing to proceed with the instant case as his grievance has been solved.  Therefore, prayer is made by the complainant to pass an appropriate order by disposing the instant case for non-prosecution otherwise, the complainant will suffer irreparable loss and injuries.

As the complainant by filing petition stating that he is not willing to proceed with the case as his grievance has been solved, so we have no hesitation to dispose of the complaint due to non prosecution.

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Application being No.103/2016 be and the same is dismissed due to non prosecution without any cost.
