At this stage the Complainant files a verified petition praying for dispose off the case for non-prosecution on the ground that during the pendency of the case, the case has been settled down on the basis of compromise in between the parties and the O.Ps have already paid the settlement amount to the complainant. For which the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further. Heard.
