Sh.Bhawani Shekar, employee of M/s Sumitra Gas Agency/respondent no.1.

 

                   Sh.Bhawanti Shekar, Emplyee of M/s Sumitra Gas Agency has produced the copy of the order passed by Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi in Revision Petition no.547 of 2015, vide which, notice of the Revision Petition as well as application for condonation of delay has been issued to respondents for 28.9.15, subject to payment of Rs.5000/- to respondent no.1 as to & for and other allied expenses by way of bank draft with four weeks. At this stage, Sh.Gurpreet Singh Arora, Adv. for applicant has suffered a statement that he has seen the documents produced by the respondents/JDs alongwith copy of the demand draft of Rs.5000/- and copy of the order passed by Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi. He has no objection, if the present execution application be adjourned sine die for the time being, till the decision of the revision by the Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi.

                   In view of order passed by Hon’ble State Commission as well as statement suffered by Sh.Gurpreet Singh Arora, Adv. the present execution application stands adjourned sine die, for the time bearing. However, applicant is at liberty to get it revived after the decision of the Revision Petition by Hon’ble National Commission, New Delhi or as and when the same is so required. File be consigned to record room.
