ORDER

The O.P files hazira. The complainant files a petition dated 22.03.2018 for accepting show cause filed him is taken up for passing order treating the same as M.A 28/2018.

            Heard both sides.

            During hearing Ld. Advocate/Agent of the complainant submits that due to misposting of date in diary of his law clerk, he was unable to take step on last date which may be condoned.

            We find that the cause shown is sufficient and accordingly prayer is liable to be allowed.

            Hence,

Ordered

that the petition dated 22.03.2018 praying for accepting show cause filed him i.e. M.A No. 28/2018 is allowed. No cost.

Thus M.A is disposed of.
