ORDER

THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

    Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties  to pay a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards defective Sofa with interest and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as compensation for mental agony and also to pay Rs.1,000/- towards the cost of incidental expenses and to pay cost of the complaint.

 

Heard both sides.  As per the endorsement made by the complainant on this complaint,  Hence this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
