2.   `28,031/- to travel to Vietnam on 23-10-2009 from Hyderabad online (Shamshabad Airport) through the second opposite party. The journey was scheduled from Shamshabad to Calcutta and there from to Vietnam on the appellant airlines. As per the  `4979/- and travelled on Indigo Airlines on 23-10-2009 and reached Hyderabad.

11.    The appellant requested the first respondent to submit his visa for him to travel to Bangkok; he failed to submit the documents.

15.              `21,436/- made on 23.11.2010, he approached the District Forum which had not considered the documentary evidence except referring to a document, proceeded to find deficiency in service on the part of the appellant.
