Appellants are present through their Ld. Advocate.  Misc. Application bearing No. 422/2017 is taken up for hearing.  By filing this application the Appellants have prayed for stay of further proceedings of the Execution Case No. EA/34/2017 pending before the Ld. District Forum, Kolkata, Unit – II.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record, we direct that further proceedings of the aforesaid execution case be stayed till the next date i.e. 05.06.2017 which has already been fixed for hearing on the petition for condonation of delay and filing letter of authority on behalf of the Respondent No. 2.  Misc. Application is thus disposed of.
