Heard Mr.N.Mehta-Advocate for the applicants/appellants.  Mr.K.S.Shelke-Advocate for the respondents in A/11/274 & A/11/279.  Mr.A.N.Jadhav-Advocate for respondents in A/11/275 to A/11/278.

In these group of appeals, delay was condoned subject to condition of payment of cost of `5000/- in each appeal to be paid within a period of three weeks and said order is self operative stating that if the cost is not paid within the stipulated period, all the misc. applications will stand automatically dismissed without any further reference to the State Commission.  When we made enquiry from the Ld.counsel for the applicants/appellants to show us compliance of the order, only submission is made that cost has been sent to the party.  However, other side is present and submits that they have not received the cost. 

Under the circumstances, considering the fact that the order is self operative, all the misc.application nos.MA/11/158 To MA/11/163 stands dismissed automatically.  Consequently, Appeal nos.A/11/274 to A/11/279 does not survive for consideration.
