1. This complaint is filed under section 35 of Consumer Protection Act 2019 and stood over to this date for consideration. After hearing the matter, this commission passed an order as follows.

2. This is a complaint filed by the complainant against opposite party alleging deficiency in service.  After admitting the complaint, notice was issued to opposite party. The notice of opposite party returned with endorsement “Addressee left”. The complainant was not present and steps not taken. As the complainant was continuously absent, a notice was issued to the complainant. After accepting the notice from this commission, the complainant failed to appear today to further proceed with this case.

                In the above circumstances, we find that the complainant is not interested to further proceed with the complaint.

               In the result, complaint is dismissed for default. There will be no order as to costs.

             A copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties free of charge and thereafter the file be consigned to the record room.
