Revision petitioner is the 4^th opposite party in  CC.83/08 in the file of CDRF, Kollam.  The appellant was called absent and ex parte.  The matter is still pending before the Forum.  The Forum dismissed the application filed to set aside the ex parte order.

          In view of the fact that the matter has not been disposed of by Forum the order impugned is set aside.  Forum is directed to permit the petitioner to contest the matter.  Revision petition is allowed accordingly.
