ORDER

Present complaint has been filed against the OP alleging non-payment of money/Price/consideration for erecting canvas tent and decorating marriage hall for the marriage of daughter of the op.

Above kind of cases do not comes within the relationship of the consumer and the service provider. Hence, the present complaint is non maintainable before the commission hence the present complaint is dismissed and complaint is directed to approach the civil court of competent Juridication for recovery of money due against the OP through money suit.

With the above said direction and the observation the present complaint is dismissed.
