            Heard, Mr. Bhatt learned advocate for the appellant.  The appellant has also filed an application for condonation of delay of 29 days in filing the appeal.  Appellant /applicant  has contended that the  delay of 29 days  had taken  place due to  administrative  procedure  namely seeking  necessary  sanction  from the Higher Authority. According to the appellant the delay of 29 days was genuine and bonafide. In view of the submission made and ground stated in the application the delay is hereby  condoned in the interest of justice and appeal be taken on record.
