Dutt.  None appears on behalf of the Appellant.  Mr. Dutt submits that he has not yet received the cost pursuant to the order dated 20.09.2010 passed by this Commission.  In these circumstances as above, the application for condonation of delay shall stand dimissed.  The appeal shall accordingly stand dismissed as being barred by limitation.
