De-hors the outcome of the present revision petition, on the petitioner directly remitting a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent by means of a demand draft within four weeks, to meet the travel and allied expenses in connection with present proceedings, notice be issued to the respondent returnable on 22.11.2012. In the meanwhile, subject to deposit of half of the awarded amount with the District Forum, within a period of four weeks, further operation of the impugned order shall remain stayed.
