Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made today the following separate statement before this District Consumer Commission:-

          “Stated that the compromise has been effected between the parties, so I withdraw the present complaint.”

          In view of the aforesaid statement of Sh.Onkar Singh, Advocate counsel for the complainant recorded today separately, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs and thereafter the file be consigned to record room after compliance
