Ld. Adv. appearing for the petitioner submits that she is “not pressing” the original application on this case as a compromise has been effected in between the parties outside this Commission. Ld. Adv. of the O.P No. 1 and 2 submits that there was a compromise effected between the parties and he is not putting any objection in connection with not pressing the said application by the Ld. Adv. of the petitioner . In the result the instant application bearing No. MA 99 of 2019 stand rejected being not pressed.
