                        2.         Respondent no.1 is present in person.

                        3.         Learned counsel for the appellants as also respondent no.1 / complainant has made a categorical statement that award passed in the impugned order has been satisfied by the respondent no.2 by making the payment to the first respondent - complainant.  They submit that the respondent no.2 having not filed any appeal against the impugned order and having paid the awarded amount to the complainant nothing survives in this appeal.

4.         We agree with the aforesaid submissions and dispose of this appeal as having been rendered infructuous.

 

5.         We also make it clear that the liability as has been fixed in the impugned order against the appellants along with the second respondent shall not be construed to the adverse of the appellants interest looking to the peculiar facts of the case that the respondent no.2 has already satisfied the award.

 

6.         Appeal stands disposed of.
