          None is present for the appellant and respondent No. 2. The respondent Nos. 1 and 3 already proceeded exparte. Perusal of the record and proceeding of the appeal shows that on last two dates also none had appeared for the appellant. The appellant has also not filed W.N.A. though last chance was granted to the appellant for filing W.N.A. Appeal be recalled at the end of the board for appropriate order.
