IA No. 6506, 6509 & 6512 of 2018 By these Applications, the Petitioner prays for recall of order dated 20.02.2018, which reads as follows: “Last opportunity is granted to the Petitioner to cure all the office objections within one week from today, failing which the Revision Petitions shall stand dismissed in default without further reference to the Bench. Adjourned to 04.04.2018.” Since the Petitioner/Applicant has failed to cure the Office objections, despite several opportunities, commencing from July, 2017, in the light of the afore-extracted pre-emptory order, the Revision Petitions already stand dismissed for non-prosecution. Hence, the present Applications. In the Applications, it is stated that since the record of the Fora below had been misplaced by the Petitioner, efforts were made to obtain the same from the Fora below and then to take steps for translation of the documents in vernacular. Having glanced through several orders passed in these Petitions, affording opportunity to the Petitioner, the sole Opposite Party in the Complaints, to cure the objections, we do not find any merit in these Applications, more so, when all the Revision Petitions are otherwise barred by limitation, inasmuch as there is a delay of over 100 days in filing of the same. Consequently, all the Applications are dismissed. The necessary corollary would be that all the Revision Petitions shall be treated as having been dismissed for non-prosecution. IA No. 6507, 6508, 6510, 6511, 6513 & 6514 of 2018 In view of the order of even date passed in Interim Applications No. 6506, 6509 and 6512 of 2018, these Applications are rendered infructuous and are dismissed accordingly. |
