                                                ORDER

JUSTICE SHRI.K.R.UDAYABHANU,PRESIDENT

The revision petitioners are the opposite parties in EP.No.42/07 in OP.No.393/06 in the file of CDRF, Kollam.

          2. The revision petitioner has sought for revising the alleged order of the Forum issuing warrant of arrest.  As per the order of the Forum which has been affirmed in the appeal  the opposite parties are directed to due   back the pledged gold ornaments after receiving the loan amount with interest payable as per RBI guidelines.  They are also directed to pay Rs.3,000/- as compensation and Rs.1000/- as costs.

          3. It is the case of the revision petitioners that complainants have not complied with the part of the order that is binding on them; that they have pay to the revision petitioners the loan amount with interest payable as per RBI guidelines.  We find that it would be appropriate to direct the revision petitioners to deposit the amount due to the complainant after deducting the loan amount and interest.  If there is any dispute as to the rate of interest, the same will be adjudicated the Forum.    The revision petitioners are directed to deposit the amounts due to the complainant within one month, failing which the Forum will be at liberty to take coercive steps against the revision petitioners.

          4. The matter stands posted before the Forum on 21.2.11.

The office will forward the copy of this order to the Forum urgently.

JUSTICE K.R.UDAYABHANU --  PRESIDENT
