2.      Learned counsel for the respondent No.1-complainant  stated at the bar that the amount which was allowed by the learned
District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Rewari has already been released and as such the present appeal does not require to be adjudicated on merits and the appeal has become redundant and stands dismissed.

3.      The statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited at the time of filing the appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification in accordance with rules, after the expiry of appeal and revision, if any.
