1.                Learned counsel for the appellant has made a statement that he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal in view of the Memo No.25/SCU(7820) 2018 dated 01.04.2019 issued by the office of Legal Officer, Haryana Vidhyut Prasaran Nigam Ltd. as the case is settled under the scheme of Nigam.
