Complainant is represented. Ops are absent. No steps. The case is posted to-day for hearing. In absence of Ops we heard Ld. Counsel Mr. Mohanty at length.

In Course of hearing it is come to light that the case relates to Chit found  issue and there are many cases are pending before the inquiry Commission relating the Chit found issue. Further, Notices could not be served & the Ops till date.

In view of above, we have no other Option but to direct the Complainant to raise the sane before the commission.

Accordingly the Complainant case is disposed of.
