 The instant execution application is for realization of mark sheet /result of the examination or refund the amount that had taken by the OP i.e. Rs. 9000/- and Rs. 2000/- as litigation cost. The instant execution application is for compliance of the order passed on 17.02.2015 in CC/21/2014.

 The J.dr has submitted that he has received the awarded amount and also prayed for disposal of the case.

We find that the Jdr has made payment of the awarded amount in full and also fully complied the order of this Forum. So, we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application with full satisfaction.

that the Execution Application No. EA/21/2015 be and the same is disposed of with full satisfaction.

 Let a plain copy of this order be made available and be supplied free of cost, to each of the parties on contest in person, Ld.
