The instant execution application is for realization of mark sheet /result of the examination or refund the amount that had taken by the OP i.e. Rs. 8000/- and Rs. 2000/- as litigation cost. The instant execution application is for compliance of the order passed on 31.12.2014 in CC/22/2014.
The J.dr has submitted that she has received the awarded amount and also prayed for disposal of the case.
We find that the Jdr has made payment of the awarded amount in full and also fully complied the order of this Forum. So, we have no other alternative but to dispose of this Execution Application with full satisfaction.
W/A be recalled at once from the I.C., Berhampore P.S., Dist. Murshidabad.
