     Case taken up today as 22.04.2023 was declared public holiday under the orders of Chandigarh Administration and notice was placed on the official website & notice board of this Commission that case shall be taken up on 29.04.2023. Copy of the notice placed on the file,

     As per the statement made by Sh.Arjun Shukla, Counsel for Complainant on 05.04.2023, the matter has been amicably settled by the parties and as per settlement, he has received Manager’s Cheque No.015426, dated 05.04.2023 for an amount of Rs.43,383/- drawn on HDFC Bank in favour of complainant and also received Rs.6700/- through online transfer from counsel for OP in full and final settlement of the present matter. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
