ORDER

The proxy counsel for OP No.2 has placed on record a copy of order dated 3.10.2018 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission, wherein the Hon’ble Commission has passed order of release of amount  lying with it, in favour of the complainant.  Since the  amount has been released in favour of the complainant by the Hon’ble State Commission, this execution applications stands satisfied. Accordingly, it is disposed off being satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
