that in between the parties the dispute involved in this case has been settled at the instance of the well wishers. The ld. Advocate and the complainant himself both are present. Being asked the complainant himself has stated that he does not want to proceed with this case further as the dispute has been settled out of Forum in between the parties. In the above premises we find nothing to proceed with this case further. Hence, it is

that the Consumer Complaint No. 251/2015 is dismissed for non-prosecution without any cost.

            Let plain copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost as per provisions of law.
