Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to file copies of letters dated 29^th September, 2011 and 1^st October, 2011 of the Respondent/Complainant to the effect that he is ready to take possession of the flat in question and pay the balance requisite amount  for which he has already deposited some   amount.  The Respondent/Complainant   confirms  this   position.   It is further stated that the Respondent/Complainant is prepared to accept refund of the amount due in accordance with the Petitioner’s Rules in respect of the showroom, which he had also been allotted. This is also confirmed by the Respondent/Complainant.

          In view of this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks, under instructions, to withdraw the revision petition.  The revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
