No step is taken by the complt and could not be found on call.

 

The case is fixed for admission hearing on perusal of the complt and the documents on record the Commission finds that the transaction of purchase of silver coin from the OP took place in the year 2013. But the complt after long 11 years

has filed the instant case against the OP questioning the purity of the silver coin on the basis of testing report dtd 11.12.2023. The case is hopelessly barred by limitation and the delay is not condonable

 

 

                  Hence it is,

Ordered.

 

that the case is dismissed on admissibility point.
