Delay in filing the revision petitions, if any, is condoned. Counsel for the petitioner / builder does not challenge these revision petitions on the quantum of compensation granted by the Fora below but his anxiety / apprehension appears to be that the orders passed by the Fora below in such like matters will become precedent. Having considered the matters and submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, we dismiss the revision petitions as devoid of any merit, however, with the observation that the orders passed by the Fora below shall be treated on the facts of these cases and will not constitute the precedent.
