          Main appeal which is already adjourned for 24.09.2024 for awaiting of service of notice to respondent, has been taken up today on filing on M.A. No. 298 of 2024 which has been filed in the registry of this commission on 25.04.2024. Through this application prayer has been made to pre-ponement of date to some early date. Though, date already fixed (24.09.2024) is not far off,  while keeping in view the extent of pendency before this Commission, yet learned counsel for applicant-appellant has pointed out that Decree Holder-complainant has enforced execution (E.A. No.154 of 2023) before learned District Consumer Commission-Rewari, which is fixed for hearing for 08.05.2024 and there is no stay passed by this Commission. In case, impugned order dated 25.05.2023 is enforced to its logical end, then purpose of filing this appeal would be frustrated. This being so, while keeping the date already fixed by this Commission (24.09.2024); learned Executing Court is hereby directed to adjourn the execution proceeding beyond the date fixed before this Commission. Consequently, M.A. No. 298 of 2024 disposed off.
