                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 2.15 p.m.  but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This complaint was filed by the complainant on 08.04.2013.  This case is pending for the evidence of the complainant since 10.01.2014 but despite several opportunities given to the complainant for about 2 years, the complainant has failed to adduce any evidence.  For the last several hearings nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant.  It seems that the complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint. Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
