This is an application for extension of time for compliance of the order dated 24.12.2013 passed by this Commission in  F.A.No.548/2013, moved by the applicant/appellant.

                   When the Counsel  for the applicant/appellant was told that this Commission has got no power to review its own order vide which the stay was granted subject to deposit of half of the amount awarded in this case, with the concerned District Forum, within 20 days, from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, including the amount already deposited, at the time of filing the appeal, as per the principle of law laid down, in “Rajeev Hitendra Pathak & ors. Vs. Achyut Kashinath Karekar & anr” IV (2011) CPJ 35 (SC), he has submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the present application.  

                   In view of the above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs. 

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge.
