The complaint has been filed by the complainant U/S 12 of Consumer Protection Act 1986 alleging deficiency in service on the part of the opposite parties seeking direction to direct the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- as compensation for unfair trade practice with 12% interest and to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- towards cost of this proceedings.
No representation for complainant. Complainant called and informed. But no response. Hence, we are of the view that no purpose in keeping the complaint on file. Hence, complaint dismissed for non prosecution. No cost.
