This is a complaint filed against BSNL alleging deficiency in service. As per the latest decision of the Apex Court in C.A.No.7687/2004 dated, 01-9-2009 Consumer Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain complaints against BSNL. Hence complaint dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.
