Aforesaid Complainants filed this case against the aforesaid O.Ps praying for direction to the O.Ps to cause execution and registration of the deed of conveyance in respect of the subject flat valued at Rs. 17,00,000/-, compensation amounting to Rs. 3,00,000/-, litigation cost of Rs. 30,000/- and other reliefs. So cost of the case is Rs. 20,30,000/-
Complainant No. 2 is present. Complainant No. 2 submits that he is competent to take decision about this case because Complainant No. 1 is the wife.
Ld. Advocate for the O.P no. 6 namely Advocate Anwesha Mishra is present and submits that O.Ps have been verbally authorised her to take decision.
Case is placed before this 3rd National LOK ADALAT.
Case is taken up for discussion.
During discussion Ld. Advocate for the Complainant submits that O.Ps have already gave the possession of the subject flat but not yet take any initiative till date for execution and registration of the deed of conveyance.
After thorough discussion it is settled O.P No. 1-6 shall take steps for execution and registration of the deed of conveyance preferably on 23/09/2024 or 24/09/2024 and thereafter O.P No. 1-6 shall give possession letter and completion certificate in favour of the Complainant.
Both parties gave an assurance that they shall obey the aforesaid decision.
Hence, the dispute is settled.
Hence it is,
ORDERED
That the dispute is settled with the aforesaid observation.
O.P No. 1-6 shall take steps for execution and registration of the deed of conveyance preferably on 23/09/2024 or 24/09/2024 and thereafter O.P No. 1-6 shall give possession letter and completion certificate in favour of the Complainant.
Both parties gave an assurance that they shall obey the aforesaid decision.
Returned the case record to the Commission.
