Complainant personally present and filed a petition stating that Op1 i.e. Sub-Regional EPF Commissioner has already been deposited the Claimed EPF amount of the complainant amounting to Rs.44,125/- in the SB account of the complainant at SBI ,Karanjia and as such he does not want to proceed further with this case. Copy neither served nor attached. Today case is posted for filing of step against Op1, against whom claim was made and Op2 is a proforma defendant. As the Op1 not yet appeared and in the mean time paid the EPF amount to the complainant and complainant has no grievance left against the Ops the prayer for drop the case is allowed and accordingly the case is dropped as complied by Op1and complainant does not want to proceed further with this case.
