Complainant is present and files a petition stating inter alia for dismissal of this case.

Heard .perused the petition.

It appears that the disputes alleged in this case has been settled out of Forum;so Complainant does not want to proceed with this case and prays for dismissal of this case.

In view of above facts and circumstances we do not find any impediment to dismiss this case on the basis of prayer made by Complainant.

Hence,it is

                                                                              ORDERED

That the C.C. No. 51/2017 be and same is hereby DISMISSED FOR NON PROSECUTION ;BUT WITHOUT COST.

Let a plain copy of this order be given to parties free of cost if applied for.
