Complainant physically present.

Present Consumer Complaint has been filed alleging deficiency from the part of the OP through not refunding the amount standing in her recurring deposite account no: 8146885732 at sub-division post office, Masaurhi (Patna).

It has been orally submitted that the complainant personally approch the OP for refund of the deposited amount but no letter for the same has ben sent through register post.

Or the letter of rejection by the authority concern hence complainant is advised to sent to be the letter to be OP for refund through register post with A/D and only after rejection of his prayer she should approach this commission with valid cause of action. With the above said observation present complaint is dismissed.
