Instant proceeding is fixed for hearing of argument on 23.12.2021. But the relatives  of  the complainant has filed a petition stating that they want to withdraw the instant complaint case on behalf of the complainant as the complainant has expired due to her old age. Relevant documents have been submitted by the relatives of the complainant which may be kept for record. Copy served to the O.P.s. Heard, considered and allowed the petition of the complainant.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

That the C.C.No.12 of 2018 be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution without any cost.

Let the copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost.
