                   Today, DH/complainant suffered a statement, which is recorded separately to the effect that order under execution application has been fully complied with. Now nothing remains due, towards the JDs/OPs. As such, he withdraws the present execution application, being fully satisfied. The said statement has been identified by Ld. counsel for the DH/complainant.

                   In view of the statement of DH/complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
