Both parties are present by filing hazira.

The Ld. Agent for the O.P submits that the Complainant filed petition on the last date for withdrawal after payment of Rs.550/- from the O.P.

Seen the petition filed by the Complainant on 09/07/2007. The Complainant has stated that he is willing to withdraw the case after payment of Rs.550/-.

The Complainant has submitted that he has received Rs.550/- today from the Ld. Agent for the O.P and is not willing to proceed with the case. Seen also the receipt filed. Let it be kept with this record.

In such circumstances, the case is liable to be dismissed on compromise.

Hence,

                Ordered,

                                That the case be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution on compromise and thus disposed off.
