Appellant through Mr. P. Banerjee, the Ld. Advocate and Respondent through Mr. Sanjay Das, the Ld. Advocate are present.

This appeal is directed against the judgement and order dated 07.06.2010 passed by the Forum below whereby the complaint has not been admitted for hearing.  The present Appellants have approached the Forum below in a complaint case by alleging that postal authorities have failed to inform on their request whether they are the nominees in respect of some postal savings made by someone.  No document relating to such postal savings scheme has been disclosed along with the complaint nor the relationship with the depositors.  Therefore, in the complaint, that has been filed before the Forum below the interest of the Complainant has also not been established.  It, therefore, cannot be said that the Complainant has any cause of action in respect of the deposits made under postal savings scheme.  We, therefore, do not find any illegality in the impugned order.  The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
