No step is taken by the Complainant.

O.P. / Postal authority has also not taken any step.

By the previous order dated: 10-11-2022 it was observed by the Commission that unless the complainant makes his appearance today for further proceeding with the case, the case will be dismissed for default.

Inspite of communication of the said order to the complainant through the O.P. the complainant has failed to take any step in this case.

The Commission thinks that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

In view of the conditional order the case is dismissed for default.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Judgement free of cost.
