Anil Kumar aged 47 years son of Shri Anoop Singh, resident of village Daha, Madhuban, District Karnal 132037.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:   None for the complainant.

Shri Vishal Clerk, on behalf of OP.

                                                                 

               Today the case is fixed for notice to OP. Shri Vishal Clerk appeared on behalf of OP and placed on file copy of rectified bill of electricity belonging to the premises of the complainant and submitted that the OP has already rectified the bill of the premises of complainant and waived off the sundry charges amounting to Rs.9888/- and now the net amout is to payable by the complainant is to the tune of Rs.1392/- only.

                Case called several times since morning but none has put in appearance on behalf of the complainant. It is already 03:30 PM. It seems that since the grievances of the complainant has been resolved, therefore, he is not appearing before this Commission and is not interested to pursue with the present complaint.  

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if his grievances have not been resolved properly. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
