Present:     Sh. Dhiraj Sharma, Adv. for the complainant.

                Amicable compromise has been effected between the parties.  Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately in this regard vide which the complainant shall pay the electricity bill pending till today in three equal installments without interest in two months and complainant shall deposit the future bills regularly. 

                 Heard.  Since the case is amicably settled between the parties.  So, nothing remains more to be adjudicated.  Hence, the present complaint is hereby disposed of being compromised.  Both the parties are bound by their own statements.  Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost.  File be consigned to record-room, after due compliance
