 Present:    Shri Vinay Bansal, counsel for complainant.

                   Shri J.B.S. Chauhan, counsel for OP. 

                   Power of attorney on behalf of OP filed. Written version on behalf of OP not filed. However, Shri Raj Kumar, CA, Office of AEE, Sub-Urban Sub-Division, UHBVNL, Karnal has stated that UHBVNL has rectified the disputed bill of the complainant and the balance amount i.e. ₹1502/- shall be adjusted in the other account number of the complainant i.e. 4394072716 in the name of Naveen Bansal, in next electricity bill.

                   On the other hand, complainant has made a statement that in view of the statement of representative of opposite party, he withdraw the present complaint.

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
