                Complainant/DH filed the present execution petition for compliance of the order dated 6.9.2011 passed by this Forum, vide which  this Forum has directed the OP/JD to set aside the memo no.1428 dated 20.05.2009 and directed the OP/JD to refund the amount of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant with interest @ 9% per annum from the date of institution of the complaint i.e. 17.06.2009 till its actual realization.

                OP/JD appeared and stated that OP had complied with the order dated 6.9.2011 passed by this Forum. To prove his version OP/JD produced Journal Voucher on the file. On perusal of the Journal Voucher amount of Rs.36,200/- has been adjusted by the OP/JD.  Now nothing is pending against the OP/JD.

          In view of this document it is clear that OP/JD has complied with the order of this Forum under execution.  Hence the present execution petition is hereby dismissed being satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
