                   Advocate.

                   Shri Virender Sachdeva, counsel for OP.

         

                   Learned counsel for OP made a statement that the electricity bill of the consumer is overhaulted by the UHBVNL.

                   On the other hand, complainant made a statement that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for OP, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same. He also placed on record copy of electricity bill dated 23.1.2020.  

                In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
